The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the provisional answer key, OMR answer sheets, and recorded responses for the NEET UG 2025 exam. Candidates who appeared for the medical entrance test can now view and challenge the provisional answer key and recorded responses by visiting the official website – neet.nta.nic.in.
In addition to online access, NTA has also sent scanned OMR answer sheets to the candidates’ registered email IDs used during NEET UG 2025 registration.
NEET UG 2025 Answer Key Challenge – Important Dates and Fees
- Challenge Window: June 3 to June 5, 2025
- Fee per Challenge: ₹200 per question (non-refundable)
- Last Date for Fee Payment: June 5, 2025 (till 11:50 PM)
- Payment Mode: Debit Card, Credit Card, or Net Banking
Note: No challenge will be accepted without the processing fee, and submissions via any other mode will not be considered.
Key Guidelines for NEET UG 2025 Answer Key Objections
- All objections will be reviewed by subject expert panels.
- If a challenge is accepted, the answer key will be revised.
- Final NEET UG 2025 results will be based on the revised answer key.
- No personal notification will sent regarding the acceptance/rejection of challenges.
- NTA’s decision will be final; no further queries will be entertained post-deadline.
How to Challenge NEET UG 2025 Answer Key
- Visit neet.nta.nic.in
- Click on “Display OMR Answer Sheet / Challenge Recorded Response and Answer Key”
- Log in using your Application Number and Password
- Enter the captcha and submit
- Under “Correct Option,” view the answer marked correct by NTA
- Select your preferred answer to challenge
- Upload a supporting document in PDF format
- Click on “Save your Claim”
- Review your challenges and click “Save your Claim and Pay Fee Finally”
- Pay ₹200 per challenged question
- Download and save the payment receipt for reference
How to Challenge NEET UG 2025 OMR Sheet / Recorded Response
- Visit neet.nta.nic.in
- Click “Display OMR Answer Sheet / Challenge Recorded Response and Answer Key”
- Log in with your Application Number and Password
- Select “OMR Challenge” from the left menu
- Click the “OMR Challenge Link” to view your sheet
- Scroll and click “Challenge Recorded Response”
- Select the question(s) to challenge
- Under “Captured Response,” view your recorded answer
- Choose the correct answer in “Candidate’s Claim”
- Click “Submit”
- Review, then click “Submit and Pay Fee Finally”
- Pay ₹200 per question and save the receipt
