IBPS Clerk Recruitment 2025 for 10277 CSA post; Apply Online

Applications are invited from eligible and interested candidates aspiring to join as a Customer Service Associate in any of the Participating Public Sector Banks listed at (A) for the Common Recruitment Process (CRP CSA -XV) for vacancies of 2026-27. The candidates are required to register for the Common Recruitment Process.

The Online Examination (Preliminary and Main) for the upcoming Common Recruitment Process (CRP CSA XV) for Recruitment and Selection of Personnel for Customer Service Associate Post in the Participating Banks will be conducted by the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) as per the tentative schedule provided below.

IBPS Clerk Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria

A candidate must be either –

• a Citizen of India or
• a subject of Nepal or
• a subject of Bhutan or

Educational Qualification

A Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a University recognised by the Govt. Of India or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government. The candidate must possess valid Mark-sheet / Degree Certificate that he/ she is a graduate on the day he / she registers and indicate the percentage of marks obtained in Graduation while registering online.

The candidates applying for vacancies of a particular State/UT, should be proficient in (reading, writing, speaking and understanding) the specified / opted local language of that State/UT (mentioned in the list provided for each Sate/ UT as per Annexure III).

Computer Literacy: Operating and working knowledge in computer systems is mandatory i.e. candidates should have Certificate/Diploma/Degree in computer operations/Language/ should have studied Computer / Information Technology as one of the subjects in the High School/College/Institute.

A Candidate age Minimum: 20 years and Maximum: 28 years

How to Apply for the IBPS Clerk Recruitment 2025

First go through the IBPS official website i.e. ww.ibps.in

Scroll the page and Click on the CRP-CSA-XV

CLICK on the APPLY ONLINE for the Common Recruitment Process under CRP-CSA-XV

Candidates will have to click on “CLICK HERE FOR NEW REGISTRATION” to register their application by entering their basic information in the online application form

After that a provisional registration number and password will be generated by the system and displayed on the screen. Candidate should note down the Provisional registration number and password.

An Email & SMS indicating the Provisional Registration number and Password will also be sent.

After that fill the online application and provide all the deatils

Candidates are required to upload their: –

Photograph

– Signature

– Left Thumb Impression

 – A hand written declaration

– Certificate as mentioned in Clause K (ix)

 – (if applicable)

– SSC/ SSLC/ 10th Standard or Equivalent Certificate

– Candidates will also required to capture and upload their photograph through webcam or mobile phone during registration process. as per the specifications given in the Guidelines for Scanning and Upload of documents (Annexure IV).

Lastly click on the submit and provide the Application fees
