After the arrest of two jail police constable in rape case, another police constable arrested in Sribhumi in connection of seized drugs.
Based on secret inputs, Sribhumi police launched an operation in the area of Mundamala under Patharkandi PS. There police intercepted a bike and recovered 29 soap cases of heroin containing 324 grams. The market value of the seized items would be Rs 2 Crore.
Police arrested two bike riders, Joynul Hussain and Jaharul Hawk. Based on the statement of the arrested individual during interrogation, Sribhumi police arrest constable Abul Hussain, in connection of it.

In an anti narcotics operation at Mundamala under Patharkandi PS, 324 grams of Heroin worth ₹2 crore was seized. 3 peddlers have been arrested in this regard.”
