GST Portal is still facing issues, the tax payers continue struggle to file their GSTR-1 on the portal. The deadline to file GSTR-1 is January 11, 2025 for the December 2024 tax period.
The GST Network stated that GST portal is experiencing technical issues and is under maintenance. The CBIC also sent an incident report to consider extension.
Through social media X handle the GST Network stated, “Dear Taxpayers! GST portal is currently experiencing technical issues and is under maintenance. We expect the portal to be operational by 12:00 noon. CBIC is being sent an incident report to consider extension in filing date. Thank you for your understanding and patience!”
But after 12:00 pm the site has not recovered. Upon visiting the website link at around 4:00 pm the website highlighted, “Scheduled Downtime! We are enhancing the services on the site. The services will not be available from 10th Jan’25 12:00 AM to 10th Jan’25 06:00 PM. Kindly come back later! In case of any queries, please call us at 1800-103-4786. We appreciate your cooperation and patience.”
