On 14 April all over the Assam was celebrating Rongali Bihu and Bengali New year and there was also Basanti Puja. During this all celebration a news came into report that a woman killed her Mother-in-law over Land Dispute in Bongaigaon, Assam.
The murder incident took place in Bharalkundi 10th Block village of Jogighopa, Bongaigaon district of Assam on Sunday. The accused identified as Sayeda. She was arrested by the Jogighopa police following the tragic incident.
The deceased was identified as Maryam Beowa who allegedly killed by her daughter-in-law. According to reports, the conflict between the two individuals escalated significantly, leading to the woman physically assaulting her mother-in-law.
Immediately the local residents stepped in and took the injured individual and rushed to Goalpara Hospital for treatment. Unfortunately, the doctor unable to save the life of the woman as doctor declare her dead upon her arrival at the hospital.
