A tragic road accident took place in the area of Berajal, Karimganj. 4 people died in the spot and 2 injured.
According to reports, an auto and an Venue Car collided head-on and the tragic accident took place. The tragic road accident took place at around 1.00 pm in the area of Berajal, Nilambzar, Karimganj. 4 people died at the spot and 2 other critically injured. The injured people has sent to the hospital via. Ambulance. It has been informed that the died people belongs to same family.
The death toll rises to six which include a 18 month old small baby.
The Karimganj Police went at the spot after they got the information about the accident. Among the died people it has said that a child is there. The police recovered the died people from the scene.
The local people has gathered at the National high way where the Road accident occurred.
According to information the collision took place when the suto tried to over take a vehicle, in that time it collide head on which the Hyundai Venue, from the opposition direction. The imapct was so hard that four people died in the spot. The injured taken to the Karimganj Civil Hospital.
The deceased identified as, Jaheda Begum age 25, Bedana Begum age 50, Ruhul Alam age 30, Gulzar Hussain age 30, Hsena Begum age 50 and Sajidul Hussain the small baby.
Upon investigation, Karimganj SP, Partha Pratim Das laterly informed that the death toll rises to six as the injured people the baby and the sixth injured patient died en route to Silchar, Medical College and Hospital.
