A firing incident took place at SBI Customer Service Point (CSP) in Bilasipara, Assamโs Dhubri at late night of Tuesday (November 26), which left three people seriously injured.
According to reports, three unidentified individual with pistols entered at SBI Customer Service Point (CSP) in Rani Ganj Bazaar, Bilasipara and pretended they wanted to make a transaction. Suddenly they opened Fire in which three individual seriously injured.

The assailants open fire at Obaidur Rahman, bank associate three times. Then they shoot two other customer, Ratan Barman and Abdul Gafur before escaping from the incident site.
All the injured first immediately rushed to the Rani Ganj Primary Health Centre (PHC) for treatment. Later, due to critical condition Obaidur Rahman and Ratan Barman were transferred to Bongaigaon.
After the incident, Dhubri SP arrived at the scene and launched an investigation to arrest the accused. Police later recovered eight spent cartridges from the scene.
The incident has caused outrage of fear in the local area of Bilasipara region, which raised concern among the individual.
