Operation Mahadev: Three terrorist killed in encounter by security force on Monday in Harwan area near Dachigam National Park in Jammu and Kashmir.
The Chinar Crops- Indian has confirmed about the encounter through X account. They stated, “Three terrorist have been neutralised in an intense firefight. Operation Continues.”
Based on intelligence inputs, Security Forces has launched the operation near Mulnar area of Harwan. During the search operation, two rounds of gunfire were heard, PTI reported.
According to a CNN-News18 report, the bodies of the terrorists are being brought from the encounter site. Although there is no official confirmation of their link to the Baisaran Valley attack, the report claims these terrorists were involved in major attacks in India. Citing defence sources, the report says the encounter started at 11 am. Drones were used for surveillance, and photos taken by the drones will be shown to jailed terrorists to help identify the dead, according to media reports.

A top source told India Today that there is a strong possibility the militants killed in the encounter were involved in the brutal terror attack in Pahalgam’s Baisaran Valley on April 22.
