A teacher of Barsakabha Primary School in Morigaon has been detained by Jaluguti police after being sexually assaulting a student yesterday.
According to some reports, a heated confrontation sparked between the accused teacher, Zuahir Hussain and the student’s parents and locals. The parents reached school and interrogate him.
Eyewitnesses, state that the situation escalated and the teacher physically assaulted by the mob.
The police intervened between and took him into custody. Police launched an investigation in the case.
