A man has been arrested in the area of South Pukhripur, Boko for killing both his father and brother on November 10. He alleged to be mentally ill.
The accused identified as Kartik Raja Rabha age 32. According to resource, Kartik Raja Rabha brutally murder his father and brother.
As per resources, Kartik used a stick to strike his father, Moniram Rabha, 60, and his brother, Devjit Rabha, 30, on the head. Moniram died from his injuries at the scene, while Devjit was rushed to a nearby hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
The incident unfold, when the father Moniram tried to stop Kartik from attacking his brother, but sadly, both were overpowered in the sudden act of violence.
Kartik, who has reportedly struggled with mental illness for years, carried out the attack early in the morning. After the killings, he was heading to Boko when local police arrested him.
Further investigation is going on. The Authorities are looking into Kartik’s mental health history and how quickly emergency services responded.
