India Ban Pakistani 16 YouTube Channels for spreading false information

Government of India on the recommendation of Ministry of Home Affairs banned 16 Pakistani YouTube Channels including Dawn News, Samaa TV, Ary News, Geo News on Monday.

The decision of banning the Channels was taken for allegedly spreading “inflammatory and false narratives” targeting India, its military, and security agencies.

Official sources stated that these channels were found spreading misinformation, misleading content, and hostile propaganda against India, its armed forces, and security agencies—particularly in the aftermath of the recent Pahalgam terror attack in Jammu and Kashmir.

The name of Pakistani YouTube Channels are:

  2. Irshad Bhatti
  3. SAMAA TV
  4. ARY NEWS
  5. BOL NEWS
  6. Raftar
  7. The Pakistan Reference
  8. Geo News
  9. Samaa Sports
  10. GNN
  11. Uzair Cricket
  12. Umar Cheema Exclusive
  13. Asma Shirazi
  14. Muneeb Farooq
  15. SUNO News HD
  16. Razi Naama

A Separate operation was launched on security breaches, authorities have launched an investigation into alleged fraudulent activities at Lucknow’s Aadhaar Seva Kendra (ASK). Reports suggest the center was involved in generating fake IDs for Pakistani nationals whose visas were recently revoked by the Centre. Strict action is being taken against those involved.

These all action came after the Terror attack which took place on April 22, in Baisaran Valley of Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir. In this terrorist attack 26 people killed. Major operation launched in the area of Jammu and Kashmir and the house of the terrorist demolished by the army.

Even India has suspended Indus treaty, ban Pakistan visas, Told Pakistani people, Attari Border Check Post Close, SAARC Visa Ban for Pakistanis. People who entered India legally from Pakistan  through can return only until May 1, 2025.
