An urgent request to those who were beneficiaries in Orunodoi 0.1 and 0.2 stages, but their names have not been included in the 0.3 stage (new list):
If your name has been deleted from the new list (0.3), please go to your respective block development office and apply soon.
The following documents should be attached with the application:
1. Ration card (Photocopy)
2. Aadhar card
3. First page of bank account passbook (where name and account number are clear)
4. Voter ID card
Fill the application form properly and submit it to the concerned block officials.
Note: If you do not apply with the correct documents and on time, it may not be possible to re-include your name.
So, apply without delay, with the necessary documents.
