Heavy Vehicles Factory, a unit of AVNL invites application through ONLINE MODE only from eligible and interested Indian Citizens fulfilling the eligibility criteria, for filling up of Fixed Tenure Based posts on CONTRACT BASIS to work in Heavy Vehicles Factory, Avadi, Chennai – 600 054. The period of contract for selected candidates is initially for 1 year extendable for 3 more years.

Pay Scale of Heavy Vehicles Factory Recruitment 2025
Basic Pay – Minimum Basic Pay of Rs. 21,000/-
Industrial Dearness Allowance (IDA) as applicable
Special Allowance @ 5% of Basic Pay
Annual increment at the rate of 3% on the Basic Pay during the tenure only on successful completion of the previous tenure.
Age limit
The Upper Age Limit prescribed for all the posts shall not exceed 35 years
Age Relaxation
SC/ST Candidates: 5 years
OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years
PwBD: 10 years
