Donald Trump has declared his return to White House, promising a “golden age of America” to supporters in Florida tonight.
He also said that these election were the greatest political movement of all time. He stated, “I want to thank American people for electing me as the 47th President.”
He also stated, “Every citizen, I will fight for you, for your family and for your future. Every single day, I will be fighting for you with every breath in my body. I will not rest until we have delivered the strong, safe and prosperous America that our children deserve and that you deserve. This will truly be the golden age of America.”
It’s a close race between Republican nominee Donald Trump and Democratic candidate Kamala Harris, with Trump holding 277 seats and Harris 224. The majority needed to win is 270. If Trump wins, it will be only the second time in U.S. history—since Grover Cleveland’s non-consecutive terms in 1884 and 1892—that a president serves two non-consecutive terms in the White House.
