Earlier Arrests: 2 shooters Linked to Dalla and Failed Assassination Attempt
Last month, 2 shooters connected to Arsh Dalla were arrested by the Delhi Police Special Cell. They were wanted in multiple cases by Delhi Police, Punjab Police, and the National Investigation Agency (NIA). The failed assassination attempt on singer Elly Mangat in October added to the list of criminal activities linked to Dalla’s network.
Killing of Khalistani Terrorist Sukhdul Singh in Winnipeg

Deportation and Arrest of Dalla’s Close Aides
In August, two close aides of Dalla, Manpreet Singh Peeta and his brother Mandeep, were deported from the Philippines to India. The National Investigation Agency (NIA) arrested them for executing various plans at the behest of Arsh Dala in Punjab.
International Operations and Coordinated Raids
In September, the NIA, in coordination with state police forces, conducted raids at nearly 30 locations in Punjab and other regions, targeting associates of jailed gangster Lawrence Bishnoi, Bambiha, and the listed terrorist Arshdeep Singh Dalla gangs. The operations aimed at dismantling the criminal network spanning across Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Rajasthan, Delhi, and the National Capital Region.
These developments underscore the ongoing efforts of law enforcement agencies to curb the activities of Khalistani terrorists and their associates operating on an international scale, particularly those linked to Arsh Dalla’s network.
