A 52 years old man business man, out of morning walk shot dead by two unidentified bike borne men in Shahdara, of east Delhi on Saturday, police said.
The deceased identified as Sunil Jain, who ran business of utensils. According to police, Sunil Jain the business man was returning home from his morning at the Yamuna sports complex, where two bike-borne attackers open fire at the business man in the Farsh Bazar area, Delhi senior police told PTI.
He also said that the victim shot multiple times. Later he rushed to the hospital but died due to injuries.
According to reports, At the time of the attack Jain was on a scooter. After the attack the two men fled from the scene. Police launched man-hunt and also started in investigation.
Shahdara DCP, Prashant Gautam says through media, “At 8:36 am, we received a PCR call that two boys on a bike shot a man and fled. On the spot, the police found that a person named Sunil Jain was shot. He was shot 3-4 times. Sunil Jain has died. He owned a crockery shop and was 52 years old. The family is denying any kind of threat.”
