As tension escalates in Bongaigaon, a house has been looted by dacoits after they murdered the residents. Cash and valuables things has looted.
The incident took place on Thursday late at night in Abhaypuri town, Bongaigaon, Assam.
The victim has identified as Piradhar Krishna Mandal. It was reported that, at the time of the incident, the victim was alone at home. The dacoit entered the house and stole gold, silver, and Rs.1 Lakh of cash.
The locals informed the police. They arrived at the scene and recovered the body. The dead boady of the victim sent for the post-mortem examination.
An investigation is going on to find the dacoit.
