Cachar police managed to seized Rs.45 Core worth drugs from two different location in Silchar on June 9. Assam CM praised the effort of Cachar police through social media.
Based on secret inputs, police launched operation in two location in Silchar. There they seized 1.5 lakh Yaba tablets. Police recovered the Yaba tablet from inside cylinder. The worth of the seized items would be Rs. 45 Crore.

In two successful anti-narcotics operations, CacharPolice seized 1.5 lakh Yaba tablets worth ₹45 crore in two back-to-back operations based on credible intelligence.
4 people were arrested in this regard.
