Cachar Police launched operation in different location in the early hours of Sunday, there police seized Rs 2 Crore worth arrested 10 persons in connection of it.
According to secret inputs, police launched operation in four different location of Cachar from where police seized a total amount of 416 grams heroin.
From the anti-operation of Sonai’s National High Way 37 near ONGC, police seized 78gms heroin seized. 2 person arrested name Makdul Hussain of Dholai and Jamal Uddin of Sonai. The sized heroin was sealed in six soap cases.
Another operation took place Kalain, based on secret inputs police intercepted Night Super Bus under the Kalain Police Station. From the night super police managed to seized 149 grams of heroin containing thirteen soap cases. Two person arrested name, Dilbar Hussain (24) and Kamrul Islam (26) both from Hailakandi.
In the third operation police managed seized 177 grams of heroin from a residents of Anar Hussain, after search operation. Ansar Hussain arrested.
The forth operation held in Silchar area from where five drug peddler arrested with 44 vials containing 12 grams of suspected drugs.
To Make Assam Drugs Free Police will continue there operation. Further investigation is going on.
