Bus Accident after falling into ditch on NH-115 in Assam, Several Passengers Injured
A passenger bus which was travelling from Sadiya to Tinsukia, Assam has met an accident on July 1, morning.
The bus accident took place at Chapakhowa village along with the National Highway-115. The bus number is identified as AS-23-CC-1387.
The bus accident has occurred due to flood condition in the area. According to reports, the bus lost control and the falls into a ditch located in the outskirts of the village.
The driver of the bus injured severally. Several passengers have sustained injuries because of the accident. According to some local witness there was 4-5 passenger when accident occurred.
Locals are worried about the passenger. They also said that problems with how the roads are built and looked after might be causing these accidents.
This accident has led to talks about improving roads safety and taking better care of them, especially on parts of the National Highways that are risky.
