A shocking incident took place in Guwahati city, a woman stabbed in Ganeshguri, Guwahati. This incident has shocked in Punjabi Gali.
A young woman was found badly injured and lying in a pool of blood on the roadside.
Local people discovered her while out for a morning walk and immediately called the police. Dispur Police rushed to the spot and took the woman to Gauhati Medical College and Hospital (GMCH), where doctors confirmed that she had serious head and leg injuries. Thankfully, she is now out of danger.
Police believe the attack happened late Friday night. They have arrested a Rapido bike taxi driver named Raju Barman in connection with the case.
In a surprising statement, the woman told police that it was not Raju, but his girlfriend Nikki Boro who stabbed her. The police have not confirmed Nikki’s role yet, but they are looking into the possibility of a love triangle or personal conflict behind the attack.
“We are checking all possibilities, including if more people were involved,” said a senior officer from Dispur Police Station. “We are recording statements and collecting forensic evidence.”
Police have intensified their investigation to find out the full truth behind the attack.
