Three CRPF Jawan injured in an attack launched by Naxalites in the Saranda Forest region of West Singhbhum district of Jharkhand, setting off an IED blast said officials on Wednesday.
SP Chaibasa said that the injured Jawans were airlifted to Ranchi Medical for treatment.

The IED blast took place in Baliwa, deep inside the Saranda forests, Jharkhand during search operation by Jawans of the CRPF 197 battalion.
Kolhan DIG Manoj Ratan Chothe said, โAn IED exploded during the search operations and three jawans were injured. They were airlifted to Ranchi,โ.
The attack came a day after a huge cache of arms and ammunition seized in West Singbhum district. Acting on intelligence inputs, security forces conducted searches in the forests of Hussipi in the Naxal-affected Tonto police station area, and made seizures, newsagencyPTI reported.
