A shocking incident came out from Baksa district, where a woman along with lover arrested for murder of the woman husband in Katjahar village under the Guwaor Dhana police station.
The deceased identified as Babulal Harijan. Babul Harijan was discovered dead by his brother Tapan Rabidas earlier this week. The murder incident took place 7 month ago.
Following the discovery, Tapan called the police. Police immediately went to the scene and started investigation, which lead to the arrest of Babulal’s wife Manju Harijan and her lover Rana Kumar Ram.
Rana and Manju were both allegedly involved in an affair.
According to reports, Rana Kumar, a tenant in Shimlaguri, teamed up with Manju Harijan to plan Babulal’s murder. After they carried out the murder, both of them fled to Bangalore. However, the police tracked them and arrest Rana Kumar in Bangalore, before brought back to Assam’s Baksa for further interrogation.
Further investigation is going on in this incident.
