Vishwakarma Puja 2024: Vishwakarma Puja is celebrated every year by the profession of artisans, engineers, architects, mechanics, and factory workers. Lord Vishwakarma, known as the divine architect and craftsman, and seeking his blessings for prosperity, safety, and success in work. He is the son of Lord Brahma.
This year Vishwakarma Puja will celebrate on 17 September. This year people confused for the date of 16 September or 17 September as according to Drik Panchang, the auspicious time for Vishwakarma Puja will begin at 7:53 PM. But we always do the puja after sun rises, so this year Vishwakarma will celebrate on 17 September.
Amrit Yuga: During the day, from 7:52 AM to 10:16 AM, and from 12:40 PM to 2:16 PM, and from 3:02 PM to 4:40 PM; and at night, from 6:16 PM to 8:40 PM, and from 11:06 PM to 1:27 AM and from 3:04 onwards.
Ritual for Vishwakarma Puja 2024
Cleaning and Decoration: Workplaces, tools, and machinery cleans and decorates with flowers, rangoli, and garlands.
Setting Up the Altar: A small altar with an idol or picture of Lord Viswakarma prepare, along with offerings like fruits, sweets, and flowers.
Puja and Offerings: Mantras chants, and tools/machines worships by applying tilak and offering flowers.
Havan (Optional): A fire ritual (havan) may be performe to invoke blessings for safety and prosperity in work.
Prasad Distribution: Offerings and prasad shares among workers and participants.
