The State Level Recruitment Commission for ADRE Class IV posts has announced a special interview opportunity for the candidate of Dima Hasao and Barak Valley (Cachar, Sribhumi and Hailakandi) who were disrupt by the recent landslide near the Jaginga-Lampu section of National Highway 27.
The Landslide occurred on June 23, where several rail and road connected to Guwahati disrupted. This make several candidate difficult to attend the schedule interviews for Class-IV posts. In response to it the commission has decided to reschedule the date of interview for the affected candidate of Barak Valley and Dima Hasao.
According to the press note issued by the commission (Office Order No. SLRC-G-IV/Assam/Office Order/2025-26/01/32), candidates who were unable to appear for their scheduled interviews under Advertisement No. SLRC-G-IV/Assam/Advertisement for Analogous Posts-IV/2023-24/01/128 dated 27-05-2025 will be given a chance to attend on a revised date.
The commission stated that this decision aims to ensure equal opportunity for all aspirants impacted by the natural calamity. The revised schedule will be communicated shortly.
