In a major boost to regional air connectivity, new flight services between Silchar and Agartala are all set to commence from October 28, 2025, as announced by Assam Minister Kaushik Rai.
The flight will operate twice a week — every Tuesday and Friday, providing greater convenience for travelers between the two cities.

Agartala to Silchar to Agartala
Departure from Agartala: 1:40 PM
Departure from Silchar: 2:45 PM
This new air service is expected to strengthen trade, tourism, and connectivity in the Northeast, making travel between the two important cities faster and more efficient.
