Pune Porsche Accident: Father of the teen age boy’s arrested who hits a motorcycle and killed two people in Kalyaninagar area of Pune. It has said that during the time of accident this 17 year old minor was fully drunk.
The name of the accused father is Vishal Agarwal owner of construction company Brahma Ralty and Infrastructure.
According to some reports, the father of the boy was absconding after a case registered against him. The Police Pune said that he arrested from Sambhajinagar Maharashtra and will bring to Pune.

Pune Porsche Accident: Police arrested bar managers and owners
The Police also arrested the managers and owners of the bar where the minor was seen drinking in the CCTV footage.
The police claimed that at the time of accident the teen was drunk. As per come source the teen father was aware about their party and drinking and he taken the car along. The police will also interrogate the father who is arrested.
A group of friends were returning on motorbikes around 3.15 am on Sunday after a party when a speedy Porshe car hit one of the motorbikes at Kalyani Nagar junction. The two of the riders of the motorbikes had killed in this accident. The name of the riders were Anis Awadhiya and Ashwini Costa.
Pune Police Commissioner Amitesh Kumar said, “Police have taken the incident seriously, and have taken action under IPC section 304 (culpable homicide not amounting to murder). We moved two applications in this case. We also took action under sections 75 (punishment for cruelty to child) and 77 (penalty for giving intoxicating liquor or narcotic drug or psychotropic substance to a child) of Juvenile Justice Act against the father of the accused.”
The incident was took place on Sunday (19 May) morning. The Juvenile Justice Board’s decision grant bail to the accused on the same day while asking him to write an essay on road accidents. This decision of the court earned criticism.
Pune Police further said that any misconception of soft peddling by the police is not correct, Any one who will found supporting the accused shall be dealt with punishment. They also to have faith on them. The guilty shall be punished.
