A shocking incident unfolded early Wednesday morning when a police personnel was found dead within the premises of Mererchar Police Station in Bongaigaon district.
The deceased officer has been identified as Budheshwar Roy, who was actively serving at the station. His body was discovered hanging inside the police station compound by local residents, sparking immediate concern and speculation.
