A Road accident took place in Patharkandi area of Karimganj, Assam, where a youth died and another injured in Bike-Oil Tanker Collision.
According to reports, the accident took place on the Patharkandi bypass. A bike collided head-on with a oil Tanker which coming from opposite direction. After the collision the two bike riders fall off the bike, one died and another was seriously injured.
The locals immediately rushed to the scene and recovered the injured people and taken them to the Patharkandi hospital. They individual are seriously injured therefore the hospital authority sent them to the Karimganj Government Hospital for better treatment.
After the incident the oil tanker driver fled from the scene.
The injured individual injured in Collision at Patharkandi, Karimganj identified as Sadik Ahmed from Ratabari, Nitainagar area of Karimganj and another one is Jaharul Amin. Jaharul Amin has died later on the way to Silchar Medical College and Hospital for treatment.
