NEET-UG Scam 2024 Controversy for Full Marks
The NEET-UG entrance exam conduct in our country to select future doctors. This year, the exam held on May 5, 2024, and the results declared on June 4.
The controversy sparked when people saw that 67 of the students got Rank 1 with full marks of 720/720. Among the Rank 1 students, it said that 8 of the students are from the same center. It is surprising, as we know that it is the toughest exam. A few years ago, it was impossible to score a full mark in the NEET exam, but these 67 students got it. Last year, only two students cracked full marks in the exam.
Another student questioned the fact that two AIR 1 Topper students have secured 718 and 719 marks for the first time, which is impossible. Each NEET question carries four marks, and one mark cut as negative marking. Therefore, if a student did not obtain a question that 4 marks will cut and if he attend wrong answer, then students will get 1 cut of mark with 4 marks added from the answer, so a total of 5 marks will be cut. Then how is it possible?
