Five House Burnt After Attack in Sribhumi, Investigating going on

A violent attack took place in Talgaon under Ratabari Police Station, Sribhumi which led to devastating fire, that gutted five houses completely belonging to same family on Wednesday midnight.

According to reports, on Wednesday midnight, the incident reportedly took place after a heated street clash between two groups. Several family members were injured. The affected family claimed that miscreants from Kaibajan village deliberately set fire to their houses in an attempt to kill them. The family members also filed a complained at the Ratabari Police Station.

The fire incident has damaged many things which worth to be in lakhs.

Fire Brigade arrived at the scene and managed to take control over it. But within the fire officials managed to bring under control, all the furniture and important documents in the affected house were destroyed.

Miscreants attack in house

Eyewitnesses stated that the attack began with stone pelting at the house, which was captured on a mobile phone. Women from the household alleged that some attackers forcibly entered through the ventilator, assaulted them, and later set the property on fire.

They also stated that the miscreants has also destroyed CCTV cameras to prevent evidence from being captured.

Police have launched an investigation to uncover the real motive. Further investigation is going on.
