The inauguration ceremony of Ram Mandir Ayodhya is set on January 22, 2024. The ritual process of the ceremony will start from 16 January and Ram Lallaโ€™s consecration (Pran Pratista) will take place on 22 January. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate the Ram Mandir on 22 January. Ram Mandir is set in Ram Janmabhoomi Ayodhya.

Ram Mandir Ayodhya

The ritual process of the ceremony will start from 16 January. The seven days ritual schedule are:

  • January 16, 2024: In this day the Atonement (prayaschitta) will take place by the host appointed by the temple trust. Dashavid bath will took place on the bank of river Saryu, Vishnu worship and Godan.
  • January 17, 2024: In this day Procession will visit Ayodhya with the idol of Ram Lala. The devotees will reach the temple by carrying Saryu water in Managal Kalash.
  • January 18, 2024: In this day formal rituals will start with Ganesh Ambika Puja, Varun Puja, Matrika Puja, Vastu Puja, Brahmin Varan etc.
  • 19 January, 2024: In this day Agni Sthapana, Navagraha Sthapana and Havan will take place.
  • January 20, 2024: The Sanctum Sanctorum of the temple will wash with the holy water in this day. After washing there will be Vaastu Shanti and Annadhivas in the temple.
  • January 21, 2024: In this day Shayadhivas will be done after a divine bath with 125 urns.
  • January 22, 2024: In this day in morning the deity of the Ram Lalla will consecrate (Pran Pratistha) in Mrigashira Nakshatra in the afternoon.

Ram Mandir Ayodhya Aarti :

Ahead Ram Mandir will inaugurate there will perform Aarti. For Aarti the devotee can book pass. The pass are available in both way online and offline. The booking for the Aarti pass has begin. Three type of Aarti will be perform during the entire day. Devotee can choose any one for booking passes.

Aarti timings are:

  • Shringar Aarti at 6:30 am.
  • Bhog Aarti at 12 noon.
  • Sandhya Aarti at 7:30 pm.

To secure an online booking for an ‘Aarti pass,’ follow these steps:

  • Visit the official website of Shri Ram Janmbhoomi Teerth Kshetra at srjbtkshetra.org.
  • Log in using OTP authentication.
  • Navigate to the ‘Aarti’ section on the homepage.
  • Choose the desired date and type of aarti you intend to attend.
  • Provide the necessary details, including the devotee’s name, address, photo, mobile number, etc.
  • Upon your temple visit, collect the passes from the designated counter and proceed to participate in the ‘aarti.

Document needed for booking the Aarti passes :

The Aarti pass section manager Dhruvesh Mishra said, โ€œTo generate the aarti pass, only four documents are acceptable: Aadhar card, voter ID, driving license, and passport. Devotees are only required to carry one of these documents, which they can present to the official upon receiving their aarti passes.โ€

About Ram Mandir Ayodhya :

The Larsen & Toubro group is building the Ram Mandir in Ayodhya. The budget of Ram Mandir Ayodhya is stands to cost around Rs 18,000 crore. The temple’s design draws inspiration from Hindu traditions, incorporating special bricks with inscriptions of ‘Jai Shree Ram.’

For the 2024 budget, a whopping Rs 18,000 crore has set aside for the Ayodhya Ram Mandir. The Vishva Hindu Parishad (VHP) has been actively collecting donations from people across the country, ranging from Rs 10 to several lakhs, after the Supreme Court’s decision.

The land allocated to the Shri Ram Janmbhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust is huge, covering 70 acres area. It includes various temples dedicated to deities like Lord Ganesha and Lord Shiva. The main temple complex, which is 2.7 acres, will have the idol of Lord Rama for devotees to worship. There will also be five mandapasโ€”Kudu, Nritya, Rang, Kirtana, and Prarthanaโ€”that will add to the spiritual experience.
