Assam HSLC 2024 Result Declared, Check the result now

Today Assam Seba board has declared the High School Leaving Certificate (HSLC) 2024 exam result at 10.30 am. The student who sit for the exam can check the result online through the official website https://sebaonline.org/.

This year the Assam HSLC exam has conducted from February 16 to March 4. The result declared today, within 45 days of completion of exam.

A total number of 4,25,966 student has given the HSLC exam in the year of 2024 in Assam. Out of the total student only 6,888 students has failed to appear the exam. While 361 candidates were prevented from taking the exam, and an additional 61 candidates removed due to expulsion.

Out of the total number 187,904 male candidates, 231,164 female candidates, and an additional 10 transgender candidates.

In the HSLC 2024 examination, the pass percentage increased to 75.7% from the previous year’s 72.69%. Male candidates achieved a pass percentage of 77.3%, while female candidates recorded 74.4%. Transgender candidates achieved an impressive pass percentage of 80%.

This year a total of 6,392 candidates achieved Distinction marks, scoring 85% and above in the HSLC 2024 exams. Additionally, 20,552 candidates secured Star Marks, falling between 75% and 84.99%.

1,05,873 students secured first division marks, including those with Distinction and Star marks. Furthermore, 1,50,764 students attained second division, while 60,680 students achieved third division marks.

In the HSLC 2024 exams, a total of 1,93,159 candidates obtained letter marks, with the Social Science subject witnessing the highest number of students achieving this feat – 36,973.

Districts with notable performance: Following the announcement of HSLC 2024 results, the top three districts in terms of pass percentage were: Chirang (91.2%), Nalbari (88.1%), and Baksa (86.9%). Conversely, Udalguri district recorded the lowest pass percentage at 60.9%.
