APDCL AAO Recruitment Details:

Name of post: Assistant Accounts Officer (AAO)

Education Qualification of APDCL AAO Recruitment:

1. Bachelor Degree in Arts, Science or Commerce from a recognized University with minimum 55% marks or its equivalent in B.Com in aggregate or 55% marks in Honors/Major subject (B.Com) or minimum 55% aggregate marks or its equivalent for Arts or Science graduate having Mathematics or Statistics as one of the subject or 55% marks or its equivalent in Mathematics/Statistics as Honors (BA/B,Sc).
2. l,For departmental candidates and those belonging to the Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe minimum qualification marks in a bachelor degree is 50%.
3. Possess proficiency in computer application and having diploma certificate in computer application with minimum duration of 3 (three) months.

Scale of pav: – pay scale + Grade Pay + Other allowances as admissible to the Assam State Government employees Pay scale Grade Pay Pay Band from time to time (per month).

Eligibility Criteria of APDCL AAO Recruitment:-

• The candidate must be an lndian Citizen as defined in Article 5 to B of the Constitution of lndia and must be a permanent resident of Assam and should have profiency in Assamese/Local language.
• As a domicile proof of the candidate, he/she must upload a copy of the valid Permanent Resident Certificate issued in Assam for educational purpose/Employment Exchange Registration Certificate will be treated as proof of residency.

Age limit of APDCL AAO Recruitment:

Age Limit: The candidate’s age should not be less than 21 years and not more than 38 years as of January 1, 2024.

Citizenship: The candidate must be a citizen of India.

Residency: The candidate must be domiciled in Assam.

Language Proficiency: Candidates should be proficient in Assamese or the local language.

Employment Exchange: Candidates must be registered at any Employment Exchange Office in Assam.

Small Family Norms: No person with more than two living children from single or multiple partners on or after January 1, 2021, shall be eligible for an appointment as per the government policy on small family norms.
