Today, 11 April, in morning a horrific incident took place in Mahendragarh, Haryana, where a school bus met a tragic accident in which 6 students died. On Thursday morning, an uncontrolled school bus overturned. The bus was carrying around 35 to 40 children.
After the accident, 6 of the student were in critical condition and rushed to the nearby hospital, but 5 of them had already died to their injuries. One of the critical injured children was placed on a ventilator during treatment. But, after some time, the sixth child also passed away.

According to the police, the incident took place in the Kaniha town of Mahendragarh district, Haryana. The affected bus belonged to a private school name G.L. Public School. The accident occurred on the Kaniha-Dadri road near the Kaniha town.
The police initiated an investigation to determine if the driver was under the influence of drugs.
It is being alleged by locals that the bus driver may be influence by the alcohol during accident. Immediately after the incident, local residents reached the scene. Following them, a team from the police and administration also arrived and carried out a rescue operation, sending the injured children to the hospital for treatment. The police have commenced an investigation into the incident. In addition to the allegations made by local residents, the police are also investigating whether the bus driver was intoxicated. There were 35 to 40 children aboard the school bus.
According to a eye witnesses, the bus was carrying students from nearby villages and travelling from the link road of Unhani village to the main road. While turning the driver did not the speed of the bus which cause the bus go out of the control and overturn.
According to the information, the overturned bus was near a village. This bus belonged to the private G.L. Public School. Today is Eid-ul-Fitr and a government holiday, Why schools were open and buses were sent from the school to pick up the children.
