An henious incident took place in Delhi, where an 11 years old boy allegedly sexually assaulted by four students inside a government school. Police arrested Four suspects whose aged between 12 and 15. The accused are also recorded a video of the assault.
Authorities in outer Delhi’s Rohini have taken action after a serious complaint involving the safety of a student at a government school.
According to officials, concerns were raised by the school administration and the child’s parents, prompting an immediate police investigation. As per police, during investigation, the victim boy stated that he was repeatedly sexually assaulted over a period of time of two month by school mates.
A senior police official stated that the boy did not report the assaults earlier as the accused threat by using a knife. It is also found that the assaults was recorded and circulated among peers.
Police confirmed that four students were detained and presented before the Juvenile Justice Board (JJB). The JJB has directed that they be placed in an Observation Home while the inquiry continues.
The incident came to light when staff members were alerted to inappropriate behaviour occurring on school premises. The police are examining how the situation went unchecked and are reviewing school safety protocols.
Officials noted that this case highlights the urgent need for stronger monitoring, improved student protection systems, and awareness in educational institutions. Previous incidents reported from different parts of Delhi have also raised concerns about campus safety.
Authorities have assured strict action and preventive steps to ensure such lapses do not occur in the future.
