A shocking honey-trapping incident took place in Guwahati. A woman accused of robbing a man of Rs. 40,000 in cash and other valuables, including his ATM card.
The robbed incident took place in the area of Ganeshguri, Guwahati.
According to reports, the victim said that the woman used to threats, blackmail and coercion to commit the crime.
Police have arrested two other women accused of involvement in similar occurrences throughout the city.
However, a third woman, who are believed to be a member of the group, who is still on the run.
Further investigation is going on to, as the police suspected that a larger women gang might be active at the city that is conducting a series of honey-trapping operations.
