Guwahati Police arrested three dacoits, involved in the recent robbery that took place three days ago at Deochutal. Police also recovered two pistols in the robbery.
The robbery was carried out using a Scorpio vehicle with the registration number ‘AS 01 FM 2177’. This vehicle seized by the police. The Police Commissioner visited Garchuk Police Station to personally oversee the investigation.
According to sources, Garchuk police arrested two of the robbers two days ago, and another suspect was caught last night in Maligaon, Guwahati.
The police are expected to hold a press conference soon to reveal more details about the case.
