Telangana Election 2023: In Telangana, polling for the 119 Assembly constituency began this morning at around 7 am. The voters are queuing up to exercise their franchise amid tight security. This voting marks the final in five states which include Chhattisgarh, Mizoram, Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan.
36.68 % voter turnout recorded till 1 PM.
Telangana witnessed a three-way battle between the incumbent Congress, Bhartiya Janata Party and Bharat Rashtra Sanithi led by Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao.
A total of 103 Legislature are re-contesting this time. Most of them are from the ruling party BRS. A total of 35,655 polling stations set up across the Telangana where voters would exercise their franchise.
The Assembly Election results for Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Telangana, Chhattisgarh and Telangana will be declared on 3 December 2023. All the states where polls went are took place in one phase. But Chhattisgarh polling took place in two phases. Second Place took place on November 30.
Before the Election Commission announces the results on Sunday, the exit poll results would likely to give the electorate as well as the parties some idea to follow.

The exit poll results for the 2023 assembly elections of Madhya Pradesh, Telangana, Chhattisgarh, Mizoram and Rajasthan exit polls results will announce on 30 November, Thursday after 5.30 pm.

Chief Electoral Officer Vikas Raj said, “The polling will start at 7 a.m. and end at 5 p.m. in 106 constituencies and from 7 am to 4 pm in rest 13 Left Wing Extremism affected areas. More than 2,50,000 staff will engaged in poll duties for the assembly election.”
The prominent figures were present to vote. Actor Allu Arjun, Jr NTR, Vijay Deverakondaand many others queded up alongside fellow citizens to cast their views.
Ex-cricketer Mohammad Azharuddin, contesting as the Congress candidate for Jubilee Hills MLA in the Telangana Assembly Elections 2023, contributed to the star-studded presence in Hyderabad. Notably, actor Chiranjeevi and his family actively engaged in the voting proceedings in Jubilee Hills, enhancing the celebrity turnout for the elections.
