A tragic road accident took place in Dhubri, where a bus collides head-on with an e-rickshaw on Wednesday. One school student died on the spot and four other injured.
Large number of people among school student blocked the road and sit in-protest.
The head-on collision took place between a bus and an e-rickshaw took place on National High Way, in Dumordaha, Dhubri, where both the vehicle damaged. In this accident one school student identified as Jatin Roy died on spot and 4 people injured. Among those injured people was the headmaster of Dumordaha School, who condition remains serious and two other student.
All the injured people were rushed to Dhubri Medical College for immediate treatment.
After the accident school student with large number of people blocked the road and sit-on protest demanding action and better road safety measures. A police team immediately dispatched to the scene to manage the situation.
