NRL Recruitment 2025 for Notification
“As a skill building initiative for the Nation, Numaligarh Refinery Limited invites applications for engagement of Apprentices for the year 2025 under multiple trades at its locations as per details given below:” written in Notification.
Eligible candidates can apply through Online mode for which Online Application Form will be available from 10:00 hours of 24.10.2025 to 23:59 hours of 17.11.2025 in NRL website www.nrl.co.in > Career> Online Application for Apprentice Trainee.

50% of the total seats will be reserved for candidates from Golaghat District, with half of these seats specifically allocated for those enrolled under the Gyandeep Scheme (HSLC passed) of NRL CSR. In case sufficient candidates are not available in this category, the remaining seats will be offered to applicants from the open category.
Other Criteria for NRL Apprentice Recruitment
Age Limit:
- Minimum age: 18 years as on 17th November 2025
- No upper age limit for apprenticeship training.
Monthly Stipend:
- Degree/Diploma Engineer: ₹17,000/- per month
- ITI Apprentice: ₹12,200/- per month
- Canteen Allowance: ₹1,415/- per month

- Date of Birth proof (Birth Certificate/HSLC pass certificate)
- Caste Certificate (if applicable)
- Apprentice Registration Certificate
