Today, 21 May is Mohanlal birthday. To celebrate his birthday actor-filmmaker Prithviraj Sukumar shared L2 Empuraan’s new poster in his social media platform.
He stated by reviling the first look poster of the film L2 Empuraan, “Happy birthday Laletta! #KhureshiAbraam #L2E #HappyBirthdayMohanlal Malayalam | Tamil | Telugu | Kannada | Hindi.”
The film L2 Empuraan directed by Prithviraj. The lead role of the film will play by Mohanlal. It is a sequel to the 2019 hit Lucifer. In November 2023, the makers revealed the first poster of L2 Empuraan, showing Mohanlal from behind holding a gun.

In the poster we can see Mohanlal in all black ensemble, sporting a T-shirt paired with a matching jacket and trousers. The actor is depicted walking amidst a group of security personnel armed with guns.
About the Film
The film is sequel of Lucifer which was announced officially in August 2022. Fans are eagerly waiting for the film L2 Empuraan after enjoying Mohanlal’s portrayal of the charismatic Stephen Nedumpally in the first part.
While official released of the film is not revealed. It have also said that the film will available in Malayalam, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, and Hindi. The film produced by Lyca Productions. Prithviraj recently wrapped up the third schedule of his upcoming directorial venture, which began filming in October the previous year.
