Shocking Video Emerges from Manipur

A Horrific video was come out from the Manipur on 19 July where two Kuki woman were naked and parred them in the day light by a group of Meitei man. The crime was conducted on May 4 in Kangpokpi District, Manipur. The video was viral when the internet ban was lifted on 19 July.

5 Arrests Made in Connection with the Viral Video

On 22 July the Manipur Police arrested another accused who is the miscreants of the viral video case. The fresh arrested miscreants was identified as Yumlembam Nungsithoi Metei. Theage of the arrested person is 19 years. The Manipur Police arrested 5 accused till now in the connection of the case. The main accused arrested on 20th July at around 1.30 am. The name of the main accused is Huirem Heradash Meitei age 32 years and a resident of Awang Leikei. On 21 July the police arrested three other mob. The name was identified not identified.

After when the first accused arrested a group of people burnt down the house of the Huirem Heradash Meitei. The Mob who burnt the was mostly women.

After this Crime PM Narendra Modi for the first time he said about the Manipur Violence incident. He said that, โ€œI assure the nation, no guilty will be spared. Law will take its course with the daughters of the Manipur can ever be forgiven.โ€

Speaking to ahead of the Monsoon session in the parliament on 20 July, he said, โ€œMy heart if filled with pain and anger. The incident from Manipur that has come before us is shameful for any civilised society. I urge all the CMs to Strengthen law& order in their states- especially for women and take the strongest measures. Be it any incident in Rajasthan or Chhattisgarh or Manipur or any corner of the country-rise above politics.โ€

Supreme Court Suo moto Note in Manipur Violence

A day after the viral video the Supreme Court of India took suo moto note of the occurrence, saying that if the government does not act, the apex court will. The chief Justice of India said, โ€œThat is simply unacceptable. Using women as a tool in a time of communal turmoil. The most heinous constitutional violation. The videos that have surfaced have severely distressed us. We will act if the government does not.โ€

On 4th May after a day after violence first broke out in Manipur at around 3.00 pm a group of people around 800-1000 persons carrying arms and ammunition with them. And entered the B. Phainom village and there they looted the properties and burnt many houses.
During the attack five villagers two men and three women run out to save their life to the forest. Later they were rescued by the police but the miscreants abducted them from the police. This miscreant killed a man instantly and forced three women to take off their clothes. Among the girls a 19 years old girl was brutally gang raped, the brother when tried to defend her he was brutally killed. But the women manage to fled from the scene with the help of the other people.

After the video goes viral the Manipur Police registrar a case against the miscreants. Even now the Interrogation is going on to arrest all the rest of the people who was in the video.
