Financial Incentive for SC Meritorious Boy Student Scholarship 2025
The Special Incentive for SC Meritorious Boy Student is a scholarship for the HSSLC passed students in 2025. The scholarship is administered by the Directorate of Welfare of Scheduled Castes and Backward Classes to provide financial assistance to SC boy students. An incentive of Rs 5,000 will be given to the students who has passed HSSLC examination in 80% or above.
Objective of Financial Incentive for SC Meritorious Student Scholarship
The objective of the scheme is to inspire and support SC Boy students in pursuing higher education by offering a substantial financial incentive. The aim is to promote academic equality with the broader population. Financial assistance will be provided to eligible applicants who meet the prescribed criteria and submit all required documents successfully.

The applicants Students must currently enrolled as student
Applicants should be male student
The Applicants Boy Student Must be a SC community of Assam
Applicants must have secured at least 80% marks in the HSSLC examination conducted in 2025.
The annual income of Applicants parents or guardians should not exceed ₹5,00,000.

How to Apply Special Incentive for SC Meritorious Boy Student Scholarship 2025
First STEP Sign Up to DigiLoker
- Applicants have to visit DigiLoker Portal or download DigiLoker Mobile App
- Click to register and provide full details and create 6-digit PIN
- Lastly Click to submit. Note the 6 digit pin for future use
Second Step: Sign Up to myScheme
1: Click on the “Sign In” button located at the top right corner of the page. Enter your DigiLocker mobile number and 6-digit PIN.
2: Tick the checkbox for “I consent to terms of use”, then click “Sign In”. You will redirecte to the DigiLocker Consent Page.
3: Scroll to the bottom of the page and click “Allow”. You will now be successfully signed in to myScheme.
Third Step: Scheme Application
- 1: At the top of myScheme, click “Apply Now”. The scheme’s application form will open.
- 2: Fill out all of the application form’s mandatory fields and upload all required documents in the stated format and size.
- 3: Carefully evaluate all of the information and documents you’ve uploaded. Make any necessary adjustments.
- 4: Click on “Submit”. You will get the following confirmation message: “Form Submitted Successfully!”
- 5: For future reference, click “Print” to print the form or download the completed form as a PDF file. Otherwise, click “Ok” to sent to the myScheme landing page.
