The Directorate of Tribal Affairs (Plain), Assam has released a notification for the eligible candidate of ST Students who qualified for APSC/UPSC mains to apply for the Financial Assistance under Financial Assistance to ST Student Qualified for UPSC/APSC Mains scheme academic 2025-26.
Those who wanted to apply check the eligibility.
Eligibility Criteria:
- He / She must belong to Scheduled Tribes (Plain) community of Assam.
- He / She must have passed the UPSC preliminary exam held on 25-05-2025.
- He / She must have passed the APSC preliminary exam held on 08-06-2025.
- Applicants who have availed the benefit in previous years will not be eligible.
- There is no income limit to avail the benefit of the scheme, all the eligible candidate can apply.

- UPSC/APSC Prelims Admit Card
- Aadhaar Card Proof of qualification for Mains Examination (Recent Result sheet/Mains Admit Card)
