A Chennai bound Domestic flight from Jaipur has experienced tyre burst in the mid of the air before landing, which prompts emergency landing, an airport officials said on Sunday morning.
According to reports, a domestic flight experienced tyre bust in the mid of the air which amid panic before landing. The authorities than arrange it for emergency landing at Chennai. As a precaution, the flight was redirected and made an emergency landing at Chennai Airport around 5:46 AM on March 30.
“Upon visual inspection of the aircraft, wheel no 2 was found damaged with trye pieces coming out from the tyre-left interior”, officials said.
All the passengers and crew member were unharmed and safely evacuated through the emergency exit without any injuries. At the time of the incident, the flight had 250 passengers and crew members on board.
