A bomb blast inside the residence of Manipur Minister for Veterinary & Animal Husbandry and Transport, Khasim Vashum in the area of Hameleiking, Ukhrul on Saturday late night.
No casualties reported at the time of the incident.
According to police, the explosion took place at around 8.40 pm on Saturday (September 14) at minister residence. At the time of explosion fortunately, the minister was not present at his residence.
The local police of the place immediately arrived at the residence of Manipur minister’s to conduct a thorough investigation of the bomb blast.
This explosion incident has raised the concerns about the security of political figure in the region. Further investigation is going on..
