Assam Government Launches E-Khazana for Easy Land Revenue Payment

The Assam Government has launched the e-Khazana platform to streamline and simplify the process of land revenue payment. This easy-to-use system allows safe, quick, and instant payments, removing the need to wait in line or face delays.

Assam Chief Minister office on their X handle stated, “The Government of Assam has launched the e-Khazana platform to streamline and simplify the process of land revenue payment. Pattadars can now conveniently pay their land revenue by scanning the QR code or by visiting https://basundhara.assam.gov.in/ekhazana. This user-friendly system enables secure, efficient, and instant payments, eliminating the need for queues and delays.”

Step for land revenue payment through E-Khazana Platform

  • Scan or visit https://basundhara.assam.gov.in/ekhazana
  • Before submitting the online application form, the applicant needs to complete the eKYC process through Aadhaar or PAN Card on a voluntary basis.
  • Once an application submitted LM will verify the authenticity of the applicant with his/her records and accordingly forward it to CO/Tehsildar.
  • CO will verify LM comments and forward to Assistant to enter the revenue payable (Current + arrear) and Assistant will send link to the applicant for further payment process.
  • Applicant will receive a link over SMS, mail and in his/her ARTPS log-in account. The applicant can make payment through UPI, Debit/Credit Card, Net-Banking etc. after successful payment, applicant can download the land revenue (Khazana) payment receipt
  • Accordingly, all digitized registers (Jama Wasil, Daily Cash Ledger, Receipt Book etc.) will get auto updated along with the Doul.
