Assam Direct Recruitment 2023: ADRE Online Correction Form

Assam Direct Recruitment Exam Form Correction :

State Level Recruitment Commissions (SLRC) have released two notifications regarding the opening of a correction window for candidates who submitted their ADRE applications with the wrong particulars. The application correction window for Assam Direct Recruitment will be open from 11 a.m. on January 5th to January 18th, 2024. All those candidates who entered any wrong details may now correct their particulars through this correction window. In this section, we will elaborate on the entire process of correcting the Assam Direct Recruitment online application process for our visitors.

Note: There will not be any option to change the candidate’s registered mobile number, photograph, or signature.

The candidates who desire to edit their application may log in with their application number and password and follow the steps as described below.

• Scroll down and go to the Important Web Links section.

• Click on the online correction form link.

• Login using your application number and password.

• Click on the Edit Profile menu.

• An OTP will be sent to the candidate’s registered number, and an OTP page will be displayed.

• Enter OTP and verify.

• The application form will be displayed in edit mode.

• To edit the candidate’s name and employment registration ID, instead of the direct edit option, there will be an option:

Do you want to change?

If clicked ‘Yes’ then a text box will be displayed where candidates can enter their correct name or employment registration ID, respectively.

This new value will be saved as ‘Request Change’, but old values of Name and Registration ID will be kept as they are.

• There will not be any option to change the candidate’s registered mobile number, photograph, or signature. All other information can be edited, including preferential appointments, under the Assam Public Service (Preferential Appointment) Rules, 1999.

• After completion of editing, candidates need to click on the ‘Update’ button. A page will be displayed where the candidate can print out their application form and lock their profile.

• After locking the profile, candidates cannot make any changes to the application form.
