Assam CM Himanta Biswa Sarma today has taken holy dip at Triveni Sangam along with his family during Mahakumbh Mela, Prayagraj.
Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma has expressed his gratitude. He stated, โI got the immense good fortune of taking a bath in the Triveni Sangam along with my family at the holy place Prayagraj. As long as the sun and moon exist, Sanatan Dharma will exist. Har Har Mahadev.โ
He also added โWords fail to describe the experience of my dip today at Triveni Sangam, which is not just a confluence of rivers- It is a convergence of faith, spirituality and heritage of crores of Santanis. #MahaKumbh is the divine bridge connecting Manushya with Mahadev.โ

Mahakumbh Mela has started from January 13 and will still continue till Maha Shivratri on 26th February. In Maha Kumbh Mela several prominent leader has come, including PM Narendra Modi, President Droupodi Murmu, Union Home Minister Amit Shah, Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath, and several Union Ministers, along with BJP Chief Ministers like Madhya Pradesh CM Mohan Yadav, Chhattisgarh CM Vishnu Deo Sai, and Rajasthan CM Bhajanlal Sharma, have also taken a holy dip at the Triveni Sangam. Many celebrities like Remo DโSouza, Rajkumar Rao, Vicky Kaushal, Hema Malini, Mukesh Ambani along with his family, Anupam Kher, Guru Randhawa, and many others.
The Maha Kumbh 2025 is one of the world’s largest religious gatherings, which is attracting millions of devotees from India and other countries.
